Q. How can I set up my universal Tv Remote via the Auto search procedure?
The Earthma Universal TV Remote is compatible with almost all the brands. You can set it up with an auto search configuration.
For TV
- Switch on your TV first.
- Press the TV key for 2 seconds, and you will see a RED LED light blinking on your remote.
- Once you are done with step 2, press POWER KEY to start the auto search function to identify your TV.
- Once your universal remote is done with auto search and has identified your TV, it will turn OFF your TV.
- The moment you are done with the STEP 4 Press the TV KEY on your remote and within 4 seconds, the LED will turn off.
- It means that your universal remote is ready to work with your TV.
For DTH/STB
- Switch on your DTH/STB first.
- Press the DTH/STB key for 2 seconds, you will see a GREEN LED light blinking on your remote.
- Once you are done with step 2, press POWER KEY to start the auto search function to identify your DTH/STB.
- Once your remote is done with auto search and has identified your DTH/STB, it will turn OFF your DTH/STB.
- The moment you are done with the STEP 4 Press DTH/STB KEY on your remote within 4 seconds, the LED will turn off.
- It means that your remote is ready to work with your DTH/STB.
Q. How can I set up my universal Remote via the 4 or 3 digit setup code procedure?
The Earthma Universal remote is compatible with most brands of TV, DVD, STB/DTH and AUX devices. To start using the remote, please check if your brand is listed (details are in the manual).
For TV
- Switch on your Tv.
- Press the TV key, and you will see the RED LED Light blinking twice.
- Enter the 4 digit setup code.
- Then again Red LED light will blink twice and it will turn off.
- Press the ON/OFF key to test the code.
- If your device reacts, then it’s done.
- If not, then try again with the next code in the list.
- Once you have found the code that works correctly, write it down for future reference.
For DTH/STB
- Switch on your TV.
- Press DTH/STB key, and you will see the GREEN LED Light blinking twice.
- Enter the 3 digit code.
- Then again Green LED light will blink twice and it will turn off.
- Press the ON/OFF key to test the code.
- If your device reacts, then it’s done.
- If not, then try again with the next code in the list.
- Once you have found the code that works correctly, write it down for future reference.
